Hot marking favours application is blind printing of plastic, optional available hot foil marking in colour with automatic ribbon advance. Special designed mechanical hot marking heads has electrical heating, temperature-controlled by precision thermostat. Adjustable feed screw controls depth of indentation for perfect appearance marking.

Machinery Selection

Hand- or air operated machines controls the spindle stroke with the heating head, dovetail joint allows fast tool changing.

Hot Marking Tools

All suitable interchangeable steel types or marking wheels fixed in the heated heads are nickel-plated for perfect surface protection prevents. This eliminates adhesive plastic particles for low-noise hot marking process.
Flattened steel types ensures best quality for choosing optional foil marking.
